SHANGHAI, Aug. 17 (SMM) – The Democratic Republic of the Congo has resumed levying import value-added tax on mining firms, which will further deteriorate business sentiment in domestic market, the county’s mining association said recently. 

As of 2015, 14 Chinese firms had made investments in the country.
